Job Description
Ageo System Solution Corporation is seeking a full-time Recruitment Assistant to manage end-to-end hiring. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards and social media; conducting initial interviews, assessments, orientations, and exit interviews; maintaining 201 personnel files (hard copy and electronic); assisting with performance management; completing termination paperwork; and responding to HR inquiries.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in BSBA Human Resources or Psychology, preferably 1+ year of HR experience, and solid knowledge of recruitment processes. Salary: Php18,00–19,00/month. Benefits include additional leave, company events, a company Christmas gift, and life insurance. English proficiency preferred.
