Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, uphold service excellence, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This role leads front-of-house staff, manages schedules, conducts training, and addresses guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory and support cost-control efforts
- Assist management in driving service performance and sales
- Resolve customer issues and maintain operational standards
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in hospitality, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, basic accounting knowledge, and flexibility for varied shifts. Food safety certification is a plus.
