Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition and strengthen employer branding. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, manage full‑cycle recruitment, oversee the applicant tracking system, and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience. The role requires partnering closely with hiring managers, conducting workforce planning, reporting recruitment KPIs, and mentoring recruiters to improve hiring quality and speed.
- Requirements: 5+ years in recruitment, strong stakeholder management, data‑driven mindset, ATS proficiency, knowledge of labor law, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsibilities: own end‑to‑end hiring, refine processes, deliver actionable metrics, and champion diversity and inclusion.
