Job Description
Facilities Managers, Inc. is hiring full-time, permanent Janitorial Staff for Quezon City, Pasig, and Metro Manila. Duties include cleaning, disinfecting, polishing, sweeping, equipment care, managing supplies, reporting incidents or damages, maintaining client relations, and complying with company policies.
- Requirements: high school diploma or some college; NC II (NC2) advantageous; prior housekeeping training; effective communication; strong work ethic; willingness to undergo NC II Housekeeping Training.
- Compensation & benefits: Php695/day; performance-based regularization after six months; 5 incentive leave days (convertible to cash); OSH, soft-skills, and leadership training; company events; health and life insurance. Work is on-site.
