Job Description
We are hiring an Associate BPM Lead for Appeals & Grievances to streamline case workflows and improve member outcomes. You will design and optimize business processes, lead cross-functional coordination, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 3+ years in BPM or healthcare appeals; strong analytical skills, process mapping experience, and proficiency with BPM tools required.
- Perform root-cause analysis, implement continuous improvement, train staff, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
