Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst II to resolve complex customer issues, manage escalations, and improve support processes. You will analyze ticket trends, ensure SLA compliance, and provide technical and account-related assistance. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reproduce issues, recommend fixes, and create clear knowledge-base articles. Utilize CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk), reporting dashboards, and basic data queries to support continuous improvement.
- Requirements: 2+ years in customer or technical support, excellent English communication, and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic SQL preferred. Professional, customer-focused mindset and ability to work in shifts required.
