Job Description
Belo Medical Group seeks a Patient Experience Officer to serve as the primary contact for patients and guests. Responsibilities include greeting visitors; handling in-person, phone, SMS, and email inquiries; managing appointments via BMS and Belo Hub; coordinating with medical teams; maintaining confidential records; assisting with room assignments; processing basic payments and advising on products; and ensuring an orderly reception area.
- Requirements: bachelor’s or college degree; 2–3 years’ experience in clinics, healthcare, hospitality, or customer relations; strong communication skills; and tech-savvy.
- Full-time, on-site in Davao City. Compensation Php25,00–35,00, employee discount, and potential path to permanent hire.
