Job Description
KDCI is seeking a US Tax Accountant (Consultant) to oversee tax compliance and internal accounting. Key duties include preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns; reviewing trial balances, financial statements, and fixed-asset schedules; maintaining tax documentation; assisting with quarterly estimates, annual tax planning, and basic tax research; reconciling accounts using QuickBooks; supporting audits; and drafting professional internal communications.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience; 1–2 years of U.S. tax preparation experience; strong QuickBooks proficiency; intermediate Excel skills; excellent written communication; high attention to detail; and the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
