Job Description
Sapient Solutions PH seeks Telco Account Representatives for Metro-area sites. This is a one-day hiring event with immediate start for full-time roles, including openings for fresh graduates.
- Manage customer accounts, troubleshoot telecom service issues, and escalate complex cases.
- Provide retention solutions and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
- Voice and non-voice roles for local and international accounts across day, night, and graveyard shifts.
- Compensation Php18,00–28,00/month plus Php30,00 sign-on bonus; paid training, free parking, gym membership, promotion opportunities, and potential permanent employment.
