Job Description
Join Sapient Philippines Hub in Metro Manila as an on-site Telco Account Representative (Chat Support). Open to High School graduates (old curriculum), you will manage chat, social media, and email inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Flexible shifts (day, night, graveyard); voice and non-voice accounts available
- Salary Php18,00–28,00; HMO from Day 1; paid training; one-day hiring
