Job Description
- Preferably with background in engineering or knowledgeable in reading engineering plans.
- Checks the completeness of equipment and accessories stated in IRS and readiness to accept interment ceremony at least two hours before the scheduled interment or time of funeral hearse arrival.
- Assists clients; ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Prepares interment report, assessment and recommends improvements and sanctions to poor service providers.
