Job Description
We are seeking a Service Operations Lead to inspire and guide service teams to achieve productivity and quality targets. The role manages L1 customer and supplier escalations, monitors interactions, coordinates repairs with safety compliance, oversees inventory and reliever coverage, implements projects and enforces SLA adherence, reviews performance metrics and reports, and conducts training.
- Requirements: BSIT/BSBA or related; 2–5 years relevant experience; IT technical knowledge; proven service or operations leadership.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site at E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC. Expected salary: PHP 50,00–80,00/month (negotiable).
