Job Description
Espresso Studio invites applicants for a paid Barista Internship: a 3-month on-the-job training program (Php700/month) based at 2nd Floor, Greenfield Tower, Mandaluyong City. Participants will receive hands-on mentorship, paid training hours, and an employee discount while developing skills in specialty coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations.
- Prepare espresso and brewed beverages under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and adhere to hygiene and SOPs
- Engage customers professionally and support daily café functions
Qualifications: current Hospitality/Culinary/Tourism student with an OJT requirement; eager to learn, punctual, and team-oriented. No prior barista experience required.
