Looking for a versatile Customer Service Representative (CSR) skilled in both voice and non-voice channels. As a CSR, you’ll provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers through phone calls, emails, chat, and written communication. Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
