Job Description
We seek a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef, uphold kitchen standards, and lead the team during service. The successful candidate will assist with menu development, supervise food preparation, enforce hygiene and safety (HACCP), manage inventory, and train staff.
- Qualifications: minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen, proven leadership, HACCP knowledge, ability to perform under pressure; culinary diploma preferred.
