Job Description
As a Training Supervisor, you will lead and mentor a training team to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee development programs. You will coordinate training schedules, assess learning needs, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Create curricula and coach trainers to maintain instructional quality.
- Measure training effectiveness and report performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years in training or learning roles, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with learning management systems and training evaluation methods.
