Job Description
Conti’s Specialty Foods, Inc. seeks an experienced Head Barista to lead our specialty coffee program. The ideal candidate will manage daily beverage operations, train staff, uphold service standards, and drive sales through effective upselling of specialty drinks. Proficiency in latte art and advanced coffee preparation techniques is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s/college degree, senior high diploma, or at least a 2nd‑year college student
- Experience: F&B background with demonstrated upselling and latte art skills
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service
- Availability: Willing to work graveyard or rotating shifts and be assigned to Clark Freeport Zone
- Job Type: Full‑time, in person; candidates with RESUME/CV attached will be prioritized
