Job Description
Spectre Teleservices Manila seeks an onsite, full-time Gaming Support Specialist for a one-day hiring process. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, troubleshoots player issues, follows provided scripts, updates customer records, and coordinates with team members to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
- High school graduate; BPO experience is optional
- Clear verbal and written English, strong phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and follow procedures
