Job Description
MetaCommunications is hiring a full-time, on-site Booking Support Specialist to manage phone, chat, and email inquiries. Duties include resolving order, billing, and technical issues; providing accurate product and service information; documenting interactions; and meeting established quality and performance standards while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: high school diploma, BPO experience optional, strong English communication, basic computer skills, willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays, and ability to perform under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Compensation: Php18,00–25,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, paid training, gym access, flexible schedules, parking, and opportunities for promotion.
