Job Description
409 Central Hub in Mabalacat, Pampanga is seeking a full-time Guidance Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, psycho‑vocational assessments, career guidance, life‑skills and mental health programs, and to coordinate with teachers, parents, and external agencies. The role includes maintaining confidential counseling records, evaluating programs, and supporting student discipline through counseling interventions.
- Requirements: Master’s degree in Guidance & Counseling or related field; Licensed Guidance Counselor; counseling/assessment experience preferred.
- Skills: strong communication, interpersonal abilities, testing proficiency, and digital documentation skills.
- Compensation & benefits: Php18,00–20,00/month; health insurance, paid training, salary increases, company events, Christmas gift, and free parking.
- Work arrangement: In person, full‑time.
