Job Description
Tempwell Company is seeking a full-time, in-person Human Resources Supervisor based in Muntinlupa City. The role will lead recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and ensure compliance with company policy and Philippine labor law. You will support performance management, maintain accurate personnel records, prepare statutory compliance reports, and assist with facilities and workplace safety.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR with strong organizational and communication skills
- Attributes: detail-oriented, professional, and legally knowledgeable
Compensation: up to Php30,00 per month.
