Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to manage chat and email inquiries with prompt, accurate, and empathetic communication. The role requires handling multi-channel interactions, resolving and documenting customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, and consistently meeting quality and response-time targets.
Qualifications: excellent written English, at least 1 year of customer support experience, familiarity with helpdesk tools, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high attention to detail.
