Job Description
We seek a results-oriented District Sales Manager to lead regional sales, develop territory strategies, manage key accounts, and motivate a high-performing team. You will set targets, analyze performance metrics, strengthen distributor and client relationships, and ensure revenue and margin objectives are met. Required: minimum five years of B2B sales experience, proven team leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a valid driver’s license. Frequent travel is required. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary, commission, car allowance, and benefits.
