Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Telesales Team Lead at Swak BPO Corp. As the Telesales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of telesales representatives, driving sales performance, and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of telesales representatives to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate individual performance through call monitoring and performance metrics
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and provide updates on sales performance
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and present findings to management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
