Job Description
We are seeking a Lead for end-to-end product development to drive concept-to-commercialization execution. The role aligns assortments with market trends and brand strategy while managing sourcing, sampling, costing, supplier relationships, and product launches. You will analyze sell-through and customer feedback to guide assortment planning and product lifecycle decisions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Fashion and 5+ years in merchandising or product development
- Skills: strong negotiation, analytical, and project-management abilities
- Position: Full-time, on-site; paid training
- Compensation: Php40,00–50,00 per month
