Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment planning, carrier selection, tracking, and documentation for domestic and international orders. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, carriers, and customers to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery. Key duties include developing transportation plans, monitoring shipments, resolving exceptions, and maintaining accurate shipment records.
- Minimum 2 years of logistics or supply chain experience
- Proficiency with TMS, Excel, and shipment tracking tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently across time zones
- Fluent English
