Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Retail Sales Associate to support daily store operations. Responsibilities include maintaining displays, monitoring and replenishing inventory, providing product information, and actively driving sales. The role requires meeting sales targets, ensuring visual merchandising standards, delivering courteous customer service, and assisting with routine store tasks.
- Qualifications: Senior high school graduate or some college; retail experience (1 year preferred); strong communication and organizational skills; basic stock-handling knowledge; flexible schedule.
- Compensation: Php13,00–15,00/month.
