Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to prepare and manage bids, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements. The ideal candidate will manage tender schedules, compile technical and commercial proposals, maintain version control, and submit compliant bids on time.
- Manage tender timelines and documentation flow
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Prepare and review proposal packages for compliance
- Maintain accurate records and version control
Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience in tender administration or procurement, excellent written English, strong organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience with contract terms, e‑procurement platforms, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude is preferred.
