Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated SPED Teacher to deliver individualized 1:1 academic tutoring and skill-building for children with autism and other special needs. The teacher will follow learning plans from parents and therapists, support communication, promote behavior regulation and social skills using positive reinforcement, and maintain a calm, safe learning environment. Responsibilities include tracking student progress and reporting regularly to parents.
- Qualifications: experience with special needs and a background in education, psychology, ABA, RBT, or childcare.
- Terms: 3-month fixed-term; in-person. Benefits include on-site parking and staff meals.
