Job Description
We are seeking a Processing Manager to lead daily processing operations, optimize workflows, and uphold product quality and safety. The successful candidate will supervise a production team, establish and track KPIs, enforce SOPs and regulatory requirements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and compliance.
- Require strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with production scheduling, resource planning, and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, or related field; 5+ years in processing or manufacturing management preferred
