Job Description
We are seeking a Banking KYC Supervisor to lead the Know Your Customer team, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee customer due diligence. The role includes supervising KYC reviews, approving high‑risk cases, upholding AML/CTF standards, coordinating with compliance and operations, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of KYC experience in banking
- Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and compliance software
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and team leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or a related field
