Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our support team and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will coach and develop agents, oversee daily KPIs, manage escalations, and drive process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Responsibilities: team leadership, agent coaching, KPI monitoring, escalation resolution, process optimization, interdepartmental coordination.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years supervisory experience in customer service, strong verbal and written communication, effective problem-solving, and basic reporting/analytical skills.
