Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and controls that ensure company-wide adherence to laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Perform risk assessments and audits, investigate incidents, and oversee corrective actions in coordination with management and regulators.
- Deliver training, provide compliance advice to leadership, and monitor program effectiveness through metrics and reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance or risk management; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; demonstrated integrity and attention to detail.
