Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage assigned restaurants and lounges while upholding Radisson standards. The Supervisor will implement operational strategies that meet owner, staff, and guest expectations, coordinate daily set-ups and closures, and confirm daily specials with the Executive Sous Chef.
- Coach and mentor service staff on presentation and guest service.
- Inspect outlets, conduct pre-shift briefings, and enforce check control, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Orient and train employees, set priorities, recommend development, and deliver performance feedback to foster a high-performing team and superior guest experiences.
