Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Branch Operations Specialist responsible for reviewing Step 2 branch documents, verifying onboarding and regularizing PBCOMobile exceptions, and deduplicating records across systems to ensure unique CIFs. The role requires daily reporting of exceptions to branches (cc Branch Services, Branch Ops, and Control Head), monitoring AMLA alerts and managing cases within SLA, and inspecting scanned documents prior to Documentum upload.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or Management.
- Experience: 3–4 years in banking operations.
- Employment: Full-time, onsite.
