Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to oversee vendor invoices, execute payment runs, reconcile statements, maintain the AP ledger, and support month‑end close processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of AP experience.
- Skills: Strong Excel ability, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), excellent attention to detail, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams.
- Key duties: validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, prepare AP reports, support audits, and assist with process improvements.
