Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processing Specialist to accurately post high-volume customer payments (checks, ACH, wire, credit card) to customer accounts. Responsibilities include applying remittances by invoice or load number, creating short pays and deductions, performing account adjustments, coordinating with Collections on unapplied payments, reconciling daily cash postings, and maintaining receipt records for audit and research.
- Full-time remote role; compensation Php35,00+ monthly
