Job Description
We seek a meticulous Fleet Operations Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our vehicle fleets. The role involves processing invoices and fuel expenses, reconciling accounts, tracking maintenance costs, and supporting fleet budgeting and month-end close activities.
- Post transactions and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Coordinate with operations teams and external vendors.
- Use QuickBooks (or similar) and advanced Excel for analysis.
Ideal candidates have bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive work ethic. This full-time position offers growth within our transport operations team.
