Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Screening Operations Associate to manage candidate screening, background checks, and document verification as part of our operations team. Key responsibilities include reviewing applications, coordinating with third-party vendors, maintaining screening databases, escalating issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations or HR
- Strong attention to detail and strict commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with screening tools
