Job Description
MetaCommunications is hiring an Entry-Level Non-Voice Representative to handle customer chats and emails, address inquiries, complaints, and requests, provide accurate information, and log interaction details in the system. Requirements: high school graduate or higher; BPO experience optional (training provided); basic English communication skills. This full-time, on-site position in Manila welcomes fresh graduates and involves rotating shifts. Compensation: Php18,00–25,00/month. Benefits include paid training, health insurance, additional leave, on-site parking, a company holiday gift, salary increases, promotion opportunities, and potential conversion to permanent employment. Successful candidates must comply with company policies and meet daily performance and quality targets.
