Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance, safety, and technical operations across multiple sites. This role schedules repairs, supervises contractors, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Requirements: 2+ years in facilities or technical operations, basic electrical/HVAC knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills; safety or facilities certifications preferred.
- Key duties: preventive maintenance planning, asset tracking, vendor coordination, emergency response support, and contractor oversight.
