Job Description
Seiranow OPC seeks a full-time Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, employee records, HR policy implementation, onboarding, learning & development, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and confidential data management. Daily responsibilities include organizing records, assisting with recruitment and training logistics, responding to benefits enrollment inquiries, coordinating recognition activities, maintaining training and compliance documentation, preparing basic HR reports, and supporting legal audits.
- Fluent English required
- Salary: Php18,00–Php200,00/month
- Expected start date: 01/02/2026
- Benefits: employee discount; potential promotion to permanent employee
