Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare basic financial reports, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain store standards and compliance, and resolve customer and staff issues.
Qualifications: 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting, availability for flexible hours, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
