Job Description
We seek a skilled leader to guide call center supervisors in improving customer satisfaction, productivity, and retention. The role requires coaching supervisors, setting priorities, and collaborating with HR, Training, Workforce, Finance, and Quality to optimize people, processes, and tools. You will manage budgets and projects, maintain floor presence, meet client and quality targets, and monitor ACD, workforce, and quality metrics.
- 5–8 years call center experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
- Minimum 1 year in tech-sales operations
- Strong MS Office skills; excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional influence
