Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a dedicated Mall Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role oversees daily mall operations, drives profitability, enforces policies, manages tenants and suppliers, negotiates leases, supervises facility maintenance and safety, and ensures an excellent customer experience. The manager will prepare reports and perform assigned duties as required.
- Required skills: administration, leasing and negotiation, strong communication, customer service, decision-making, attention to detail, multitasking, professionalism, and integrity.
- Availability: six days per week, including holidays and extended hours as needed.
