Job Description
SapientBPO Novaliches urgently seeks full-time, onsite Customer Support – Airline Ticketing Agents in Metro Manila. Candidates will handle customer inquiries and complaints, update records, escalate issues as needed, and remain current on policies and procedures. Positions are open to fresh graduates.
- Salary: Php17,00–25,00 plus monthly commissions
- Fixed weekends off; paid training; HMO covering two dependents from day one
- Paid time off, overtime and holiday pay, 13th month pay, retirement/life insurance
