Job Description
JNMS Human Resource Management Services is urgently in need of FIELD CONTROL ASSISTANT:
For direct hiring, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1 year experience in motorcycle loan industry
- With excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to be assigned in Los Baños, Laguna
- Willing to work ASAP
JOB SUMMARY:
Field Control Assistant (FCA) plays a very crucial role in the operation of motorcycle financing. He/she determines the legitimacy of the documents and transactions being processed by accredited motorcycle dealership. The receivables derived from said transaction later on is being conveyed to the Client. As such, a competent individual that safeguards the interest of the Client is necessary in a dealer’s store. Moreover, the safekeeping of important documents is being maintained and monitored by the FCA. Furthermore, the assurance that the monthly amortization payment is properly remitted to the Client.
Responsibilities include:
- Decentralized maintenance of files for Motorcycle loan document and accountabilities.
- Borrower’s loan folder with original documents and spare key
- Original OR/CR
- Stencils chassis & Engine numbers
- Representative storage custodian of the Client for motorcycle ROPA including monitoring of its inventory.
- Field collection payment verifier.
- Past due motorcycle loan coordinator.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
