Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a regional Capital Markets trading and client solutions team across APAC. You will define strategy, supervise execution of equities, fixed income, and derivatives products, mentor staff, liaise with sales and risk, and ensure adherence to regulatory and risk controls.
- Requirements: 7+ years in capital markets, proven leadership, strong product knowledge, excellent English communication, and an analytical mindset.
- Must demonstrate stakeholder management experience, familiarity with market structure, and commitment to compliance.
Location: APAC. Travel as required.
