Job Description
We are conducting mass hiring across Metro Manila with one-day recruitment events. No prior BPO experience is required. Selected candidates will handle customer inquiries, recommend products, manage accounts, and analyze sales data to drive growth.
- Compensation: up to Php28,00 (higher with experience) plus a Php30,00 signing bonus
- Benefits: 13th and 14th month pay, HMO coverage from day one (up to three dependents), paid training, and 30 days paid leave
- Additional perks: allowances, performance bonuses, weekends off, holiday/OT pay, 20% night differential, flexible shifts, on-site work
