Job Description
Swak BPO Corp., Clark Freeport Zone, is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative in Angeles City, Pampanga. The role involves responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information, documenting issues, and fostering strong customer relationships. Candidates will use internet tools and Microsoft Office to ensure satisfaction and support daily operations.
- Requirements: 6–12 months BPO or customer service experience, excellent English, strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills; insurance knowledge is a plus.
